Looking into the crystal ball

Looking into the crystal ball

The sun shines bright upon our days.
Laughter in the air.
Not a dark cloud near.

Fear is a distant memory.
For we leaped into our destiny.

At once I thought it would get the best of me.

I blossomed into more I ever thought I could be.
A flower in the meadow of simple seeds.

Those seeds were being nourished ,cared for and tended to.
For now I see the beauty in you.

The beauty that shines ever so bright.
The beginnings of a wonderful life.

Days of great purpose
Nights of great love.

Who would of known it all started with a tug.

  1. Kristina,

Cool vision board! How did you collage all of these images, using a photo app?

I like the images that you chose. Very powerful intentions are being set.

The only missing is the descriptive paragraph that is supposed to go under your images - just to explain what's in there and why. Take a second look at the instructions. I think you overlooked this part.

Your poem this week is great! The first half of it has a very fun and lively flow... the reader leaps from word to word, line to line, as if swinging on a vine.

I really like the line: A flower in the meadow of simple seeds.

    Great line.

The second half of the poem seems to trump substance over flow. See if you could tweak it a bit so that the flow continues throughout. Get back on that swinging vine... and I think that your work would be impressively complete.
